Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. You may choose to pay additional charges for UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day Air. When selecting where your products will be shipped, keep in mind that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS can only deliver to a physical address. Orders placed prior to 10 a.m. typically ship the same business day. The majority of orders ship within 2 business days. UPS does not typically deliver on Saturday or Sunday. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please have your order number ready and call our customer service department at (866) 392-2444. Once your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. You can follow the progress of your package with this number. To place an order for shipment outside of the U.S., please call our customer service department.
