What are you candles made of?
Our candles are made from the highest quality paraffin blend wax available, made specifically for container candles. The wax is designed to burn very clean and have the strongest scent throw possible.

Do you use lead in your wicks?
No, our wicks are lead-free.

How do I care for my candles?
The most important thing to remember when burning your candle is to always keep the wick trimmed. Doing this will ensure that you candle will not smoke or soot and will burn cleanly and completely all the way to the bottom.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number. You can follow the link in that email to check on the status and expected arrival date of your order.

What if an item in my order arrives damaged?
We do everything we can to safely package your shipment, but if for some reason your order arrives damaged or is in any way defective please call our Customer Service at (866) 392-2444. Please have your order number ready. Your account will be credited or replacement product shipped promptly. Please retain the original packaging materials so that we can have the damaged merchandise shipped back to us.

When will my back-order ship?

Always remember to burn your candles responsibly. Never forget that a lit candle is fire. Following these important steps will help ensure you have the best candle experience possible.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Ensure that flammable materials are removed from the area of the candle flame.
• Always remove any debris from candle before lighting.
• Make sure wick is trimmed to proper length before each lighting.
• Burn candle for no more than 3 hours at a time before extinguishing and trimming wick.
• Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
• Always place your candles on sturdy, heat resistant surface when burning.
• Always light candles in draft-free areas to prevent smoking.
